Due to the nature of vacuum-compressed sofas, customers acknowledge that:

the product may require time to fully expand, typically between 24 and 72 hours
minor creases, unevenness or compression marks may occur during the expansion period
a slight odour may be present upon opening and should dissipate over time

These characteristics are normal product features and are not, by themselves, considered defects.

Opening the packaging may affect eligibility for change of mind returns. However, this does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law in relation to products that are faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise fail to meet consumer guarantees.

SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
