SECTION 6 - VACUUM-COMPRESSED PRODUCT EXPECTATIONS

Many Boneless Couch products are supplied using vacuum-compressed packaging.

After unpacking, customers should allow time for the sofa or foam product to recover and settle into its intended shape.

Depending on the product and surrounding conditions:

Full expansion may take up to approximately 24–72 hours
Temporary creases or compression marks may be visible
Minor unevenness may occur while the foam is recovering
A mild new-product odour may be present after opening and should normally dissipate with ventilation

These characteristics can be normal consequences of vacuum compression and do not necessarily indicate a product defect.

Once a vacuum-compressed sofa has been opened and expanded, it generally cannot be recompressed into its original packaging.

For this reason, opening the product affects eligibility for change-of-mind returns.

However, opening or expanding a product does not remove your rights under Australian Consumer Law where the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees.

Please review our Return & Refund Policy before opening the packaging if you are considering a change-of-mind return.

SECTION 7 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, billing, shipping and contact information when placing an order.

We may refuse, limit or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including where:

Fraud is suspected
Payment cannot be authorised
Incorrect information has been supplied
Stock is unavailable
An obvious pricing or listing error has occurred

If we change or cancel an order after it has been placed, we will attempt to contact you using the information supplied with the order.

Change-of-mind returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

For vacuum-compressed sofas, change-of-mind returns generally require the product to remain:

Completely unopened
Unused
In its original packaging
Otherwise eligible under our Return & Refund Policy

Once a sofa has been opened and expanded, it is generally not eligible for a change-of-mind return because it cannot normally be recompressed into its original packaging.

This restriction applies only to change-of-mind returns.

It does not limit any right or remedy you may have under Australian Consumer Law in relation to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products.

SECTION 10 - OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may provide access to services or tools supplied by third parties.

These may include payment providers, delivery providers, analytics services and other technology platforms.

We do not control all aspects of third-party services and their use may also be governed by the relevant provider's terms and privacy policies.
